This one-bedroom is on a high floor of a mid-century building directly overlooking Cheesman Park — a private balcony runs the length of the unit with sweeping views over the 80-acre park itself, the foothills in the distance, and a residential tower beyond. The interior is mid-century-modern with exposed concrete-beam ceilings and a gray/teal/brass palette.
The neighborhood is one of central Denver's quieter residential pockets — turn-of-the-century houses, leafy streets, walking distance to coffee shops along 12th Avenue and the Cherry Creek Trail. Presbyterian/St. Luke's hospital is a five-minute drive; Saint Joseph and Denver Health are both within ten. The Denver Botanic Gardens sits just beyond the southeast corner of the park.
Pets under 40 pounds are welcome with a deposit. Street parking is generally easy on this block; we provide a parking guide on arrival that explains the residential permit zones and street-sweeping schedule so you don't pick up tickets in the first week.

All Postlease apartments require a 30-night minimum. You pick your own move-in and move-out dates from there — we don't sell in monthly increments, so a 41-night stay or a 67-night stay is fine. Most guests stay 45–90 nights.
Yes — direct bookings include a standard residential lease at no extra cost. This is what most HR, relocation, and insurance paperwork requires. A platform booking (Airbnb or Furnished Finder) does not generate a lease; if you need one, book direct.
Pet policy varies by property — check the property page. The Cheesman Park unit accepts pets under 40 pounds with a deposit. The RiNo unit is currently not pet-friendly. We try to be flexible; ask before assuming yes or no.
Yes. Long displacements need to feel like home. The Cheesman Park unit accepts pets under 40 pounds; both units are family-friendly. We can stock the unit with crib, pack-and-play, or kid-specific supplies if you tell us before move-in.
Yes — the standard travel-nurse contract length aligns directly with our typical guest. We hold pricing on direct bookings for the full contract term so you're not exposed to month-to-month rate changes mid-assignment.
